Pre-sales Questions

LTP 2024 takes place across two weeks in May, 2024.

Our Sydney Conference takes place on Thursday, 16th May, with our Leaders Workshop one day earlier on Wednesday, 15th May.

The following week, our Melbourne Conference will take place on Friday, 24th May, with our Leaders Workshop one day earlier on Thursday, 23rd May.

Our Sydney Conference and Leaders Workshop will be held at Doltone House Darling Island.

Our Melbourne Conference will be held at Marvel Stadium at Docklands, with the Melbourne Leaders Workshop being held nearby at The Arena, 700 Bourke Street.

Ticket prices to the Conference and Leaders Workshop vary according to how many tickets you purchase and when you purchase them. Details on our current pricing can be found here.

Conference and Leaders Workshop tickets must be purchased in advance, as registrations will closer prior to the day of the events.

We encourage you to buy your tickets early as both the Conference and Leaders Workshop have limited capacity and may sell out well in ahead of event dates.

Attendee Questions

An LTP 2024 Conference ticket provides you with physical access to all of the plenary presentations in the city indicated on your ticket, as well as social networking and afterparty sessions, on the day of the Conference. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will also be supplied, and the afterparty will have a selection of canapés and beverages.

A video replay and copies of all speaker slides are also included with your LTP 2024 ticket.

Leader Workshop tickets include all of the above, as well as physical access to all of the Leaders Workshop sessions in the city indicated on your ticket.

No, you will not receive a hardcopy ticket prior to the events. You will receive an email with a QR code the week prior, which you will need to show on your mobile device or via a printed copy at the venue to complete your registration on the day.

All care will be taken to accommodate your needs where possible, but for safety and liability reasons, we cannot be responsible for directly accommodating any food allergies or dietary requirements and restrictions, and are not responsible for any issues or problems associated with the same.

All scenarios and special dietary requests regarding food and drink, including allergies or dietary requirements and restrictions are the sole responsibility of the attendee, and we cannot guarantee that establishments for alternative meal options will be available, and thus recommend packing extra food/snacks in case accommodations cannot be met.

Team Leader Questions

Yes. If yourself or a team member is no longer able to attend the Conference, you can transfer that ticket registration to the name of another person free of charge.

Log in to your account here and click on “My Account”. Scroll down to “Team Tickets Management”, then replace the unavailable attendee with the new attendee taking their place.

Once you have registered for LTP 2024, you will receive a confirmation email from hello@leadingtheproduct.com which outlines your order summary.

For a copy of your tax invoice, log in to the LTP website here and click on ‘My Account’. At the bottom of the page, you can download a PDF copy of your tax invoice.
