Jo Cooper is Group Head of Product at NextGen, and has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of design and customer service. Passionate about nurturing product and design culture, Jo cultivates teams to deliver great digital experiences while also shaping future design leaders.

Jake Causby is Head of UX & UI at Macquarie Bank, and has spent most of his career in the finance and technology space since his first role designing UI for CD ROMs back in 1996. He’s worked at start-ups, scale-ups and large corporates and has seen many examples of how not to do things.

Vinny Lawrenson-Woods is the VP of Global Engineering at Prezzee, and is a people-first technology leader specialising in engineering and product delivery in start-up and enterprise-level organisations. He’s scaled and coached large local and globally distributed engineering teams across the UK, USA and Australia.
