What is Product-Led Transformation? Why should you transform to become Product-Led? Is the company financially better off as a Product-Led company?
Tatyana Mamut is a transformative leader in Silicon Valley who drives innovation by understanding customers deeply and leading through empathy. She is a serial entre/intrapreneur, building successful products at Amazon, Salesforce, Nextdoor and IDEO. She is currently SVP of New Products at Pendo leading the creation of the Adopt family of products.
Previously she was CPO at Nextdoor, creating a product-led growth strategy which drove a 60% increase in engagement while driving down abusive and toxic content on the platform. She also led the Local Business revenue line and consolidated the advertising platform. At Amazon Web Services, Tatyana was General Manager & Director of Product, where she built a revolutionary new software product and scaled the team from 2 to 150 engineers, product managers, and designers. At Salesforce, she was Vice President of Product Experience for the IoT (Internet of Things) Cloud, where she led the vision and development for the democratization of IoT technology.
Tatyana was also an executive at IDEO, where she built and led the Organization Design practice globally. She started her career in global advertising, working at Leo Burnett in Chicago, London, and Moscow. She has won several design & advertising awards for her work at IDEO & Leo Burnett, and holds multiple patents for her inventions at Salesforce & Amazon.
Tatyana has a PhD in cultural anthropology from UC Berkeley and a BA in economics from Amherst College. She is a refugee from eastern Ukraine and comes from three generations of Soviet professional women. She lives with her spouse and two daughters in San Francisco.

How do you take action from the definitive market signals that require the organisation to transform its current way of operating? What’s the journey to becoming a product-led organisation?
Larry and Co-founder, Peter Gray, launched Zip in 2013 with the goal of disrupting the broken credit card model, using technology to create a transparent, fairer and more flexible alternative.
Larry has led the company from its beginnings as an Australian fintech, to where it is today – an ASX200 company with over five million customers globally and a $6 billion valuation.
Before deciding to disrupt the payments industry, Larry spent 12 years working in retail, technology and investment banking, where he first saw the opportunity to digitise financial services with innovative products that bring customers and merchants together.
His career included two years at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Associate within the Corporate Finance team and three years as an Investment Banking Manager at Macquarie Capital.

Corinna built the product practise at Roam Digital from scratch to a team of currently 15 PMs (and it’ still growing!).
She has led a wide range of products in the B2B and B2C space for companies such as Commonwealth Bank Australia, eBay, ASB Bank New Zealand and Fletcher Building.
Corinna’s background is in software development from Germany, UX Design and Product Management, and has developed her strengths in business strategy, design and technology.

As a senior operating executive with over 16 years of extensive experience scaling technology teams, businesses, and transformational customer experiences, Bright’s career reflects a demonstrated track record of growing multi-billion dollar P&Ls, executing complex domestic and global transactions, and leading large teams through inflection points. Prior to joining Upwork, Bright was the Vice President and General Manager of Verticals at eBay and had P&L responsibility for the company’s North America vertical business units.
Sam has been named to Black Enterprise’s 2018 List of the Most Influential Blacks in Technology, The Network Journal’s 2018 40 Under Forty class, and Savoy Magazine’s 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America.
