Pre-Sales Questions

When will the conference take place?

LTP 2023 | APAC takes place on Thursday, 18th of May, 2023.

Where will the conference take place?

We’ll be livestreaming from the Winx Stand at Royal Randwick in Sydney, NSW, Australia. This is also the venue for in-person attendees.

Can I see the conference agenda before I purchase a ticket?

The latest agenda for the conference day can be viewed here.

How much does it cost?

Ticket prices to the conference vary according to the type of ticket, how many tickets you purchase, and when you purchase them. Details on our current pricing can be found here.

Can multiple people view the conference from one ticket?

Tickets are only valid for one attendee – whether digital or in-person.

Can I purchase my conference ticket on the day?

We encourage you to buy tickets and register for the conference well in advance. Not only does this allow us to plan accordingly for the appropriate number of attendees, there are only a limited number of in-person tickets available and these may sell out ahead of the conference day.

However, we know sometimes plans are made at last minute, and digital tickets will still be available for purchase the morning of the conference.

In-Person Attendee Questions

What is included with my ticket?

Your in-person attendee ticket provides you with physical access to all of the plenary presentations, as well as social networking and afterparty sessions, on the day of the conference. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will also be supplied, and the afterparty will have a selection of canapés and beverages.

Will I be sent my conference ticket in advance?

No, you will not receive a hardcopy conference ticket prior to the conference. Your ticket will appear in the ‘My Account’ section of your Leading the Product login under ‘My Tickets’.
When you arrive at the Winx Stand at Royal Randwick in Sydney, go to the Registration Booth to check in and receive your name badge. If no ticket appears for your login, speak to your Team Leader.

How do I get to the venue?

There are a number of transport options available for you to get to Royal Randwick:

Light Rail
L2 Randwick Line light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street), and L3 Kingsford line services run between Circular Quay and Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). Catch a light rail service to the Royal Randwick stop on the L2 Line or Kensington on the L3 Line.
The Royal Randwick stop is located on Alison Road which is opposite the racecourse main entrance. Services run regularly from 5am until 1am on weekdays.
You’ll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling to and from the event via light rail.

Bus
Plenty of regular buses also run between the City and Eastern Suburbs via Anzac Parade and Alison Road to get you to Randwick Racecourse, including bus routes 339, 373, 374, 376 and 377.
You’ll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling to and from the event via bus.

Taxi
Taxis enter Royal Randwick through the Ascot Street entrance where there is a secure taxi rank for set-down and collection. Please note that any taxis, ride share and hire cars are not permitted to stop on Alison Road or Doncaster Avenue.

Car Parking
Wilson Parking offer affordable parking at Royal Randwick which is located at Ascot Street, Randwick. Entry times are 7:00am – 11:00pm with a daily flat rate of $10.00 (maximum height is 2.20m).

Does my in-person ticket enable me to get an accommodation discount?

Through partnership with ATC and the venue, there are a number of accommodation deals available:

Digital Attendee Questions

What is included with my ticket?

Your digital attendee ticket provides you with online access to all of the plenary presentations on the day of the conference.

How do I access the conference online?

An email will be sent to you the week before the conference with all the details, which can also be found on your “My Account” page on the LTP website.

Team Leader Questions

Am I able to change who will attend the conference?

Yes. If yourself or a team member is no longer able to attend the conference, you can transfer that ticket registration to the name of another person free of charge. Log in to your account here and click on “My Account”. Scroll down to “Team Tickets Management”, then replace the unavailable attendee with the newattendee taking their place.

Where can I view a copy of my receipt of purchase?

Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email from hello@leadingtheproduct.com which outlines your order summary. For a copy of your tax invoice, log in to the LTP website here and click on ‘My Account’. At the bottom of the page, you can download a PDF copy of your tax invoice.

Post-Conference Questions

Will the conference be recorded? If so, how can I view this recording after the conference day?

All conference sessions will be recorded and made available through LTP SEASON PASS. For more information about a subscription, see here.
