When will the conference take place?

On May 18th, 2022.
The Main Stage opens at 08:30 am AEST, and the event begins promptly at 09:00 am AEST.

Where will the conference take place?

LTP DIGITAL 2022 | APAC will be live-streamed in 1080 HD at

You will need your unique login to access the livestream on the day of the Conference.

Only one (1) concurrent login per ticket is allowed.

What is happening at LTP DIGITAL 2022 | APAC?

The theme of LTP DIGITAL 2022 | APAC is Product Navigation: How to Chart a Course to an Uncertain Future.

The conference will be a mixture of Main Stage talks and Speaker Q&A where the audience can ask the speaker questions about their talk.

The audience will also write the story of the day by participating in a shared product adventure. Before each talk, the audience will vote on the decision they would make at this point in the adventure. The collective, real-time vote of the audience will determine where the story goes next.

There will also be two Breakout Sessions where you can choose from one of a list of Breakouts to deep-dive in a topic in a smaller, more intimate setting on Zoom.

Will the videos be available afterwards to watch?

Included in a LTP SEASON PASS ticket, is access to the Video Replay from the Conference.

If you purchase a LTP CONFERENCE ticket, you only have access to the live event and will not have access to the video afterwards.

LTP DIGITAL is a uniquely LIVE event. The audience makes decisions together on the day, which affect the outcome at the end. It will be streamed live in 1080 HD and if you miss parts of the event, and don’t have a SEASON PASS, unfortunately, you miss out.

Something has come up and I can’t make the Conference. Can I watch it later?

If you upgrade your LTP CONFERENCE ticket to a SEASON PASS ticket you will get access to the Video Replay and can watch it later.

If your hold a Conference ticket, you will not be able to watch it later.

You can transfer your ticket to someone else though if you want. Just contact us on and we will transfer your ticket.

How many speakers are there?

This is a single-stream conference with seven main-stage speakers. There are also two Breakout Sessions where you can choose to attend one of the different Breakout Sessions to deep-dive on a topic in a smaller, interactive session on Zoom.

Can multiple people view the Conference from one ticket?

Each ticket purchased includes a personal viewing license, which means one person may view the Conference with that ticket. Public viewing is not included in a single ticket purchase, which means you may not buy one ticket and project the event to multiple viewers. Each viewer of the Conference must have their own ticket.

You will want this anyway as each ticket is tied to a single email address and there is only one concurrent login allowed. Each viewer will want to participate in the product adventure, which they will do by voting through their login during the Conference. This login also allows them to participate in the chat, ask the Speakers questions for the Q & A sessions, a vote in the adventure.

This is not possible from a single ticket, single login.

We do have corporate pricing on the site and your discount for quantity purchases is automatically applied when you checkout.

How much does it cost?

There are number of pricing options available depending on when you buy and how many tickets that you are purchasing at the same time.

Can I change my who in my team gets a ticket to attend?

You can do this yourself inside the anytime all the way up to the event.

Login to send the invite to anyone in your team you want to attend. You can see in the platform who has accepted the invite an who tickets are assigned to. You can remove someone by selecting them and removing them. This gives you the ticket back to assign to someone else.

What are your terms and conditions for ticket refunds?

Ticket Refunds: Refunds will be provided in the situation where we are forced to cancel the event. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the announcement of the event cancellation. We don’t give refunds for any other reasons, including you can’t make the event for personal reasons.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes. You can find a PDF of your tax invoice in the “My Account” page.

Will there be changes made to the conference program?

Although we try to ensure that everything runs as planned and as smoothly as possible there may be events outside our control that require us to change some aspects of the event. We reserve the right to take these actions.

You acknowledge that Leading the Product is not liable to you for any costs and expenses you may incur if we need to cancel or modify the conference due to an event outside of our control.

Who owns the conference content?

The presentations (including, but not limited to, audio, videos and slideshows) presented at the Leading the Product conference are owned by Brainmates Pty Ltd (ABN 67 110 344 271) or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. You may not copy, distribute, modify, transfer or in any way use all or part of the Content for commercial reasons or in any way infringes third party rights that may bring us or any of our affiliates into disrepute.
