That’s why at LTP 2023 | APAC we have a special Leaders Track in the afternoon session to focus on the kind of gnarly problems faced by those in leadership positions.
Who can attend the Leaders Track?
You might be a Chief Product Officer, a Head of Product or a General Manager – whatever your title, if you’re leading a product team then the Leaders Track is for you.
You’ll need to submit your interest in attending the Leaders Track when purchasing your tickets for LTP 2023 | APAC, and provide us with the details of your LinkedIn page.
From there, we’ll send you a special invitation to attend the exclusive Leaders Track closed session in the afternoon.
When and where is the Leaders Track session on?
The Leaders Track session starts after lunch at LTP 2023 | APAC.
Prior to Lunch, you’ll be with your team for the morning sessions of the Conference.
After Lunch, in-person attendees will move to a closed-door session in a separate room at the venue. Digital attendees will switch to a separate livestream.
The Leaders Track runs over Afternoon Tea, and you’ll then rejoin your teams at the main stage for the closing message of the day.
What does the Leaders Track involve?
The Leaders Track includes longer workshop-style discussions focused on two gnarly problems that product leaders are struggling with today:
- How do I structure my team so they deliver better outcomes in my organisational type?
- How do we strengthen individual and team resilience in constantly changing environments?
The Leaders Track is an intimate session, where you will learn from your leadership peers, and have in-depth discussions around solving these leadership problems.
In-person attendees will also enjoy the Leaders Afternoon Tea on a private balcony – a great opportunity for further discussion and networking with your peers.
